Terms 1-CLICK TO BUY
The following terms and conditions ("1-Click Payment Terms"), last updated on April 20, 2023, apply to SHEIN's 1-Click Payment feature ("1-Click Payment"). By using the 1-Click Payment feature on the Site or App, you agree to be bound by these 1-Click Payment Terms. If you do not agree to these 1-Click Payment Terms, do not use the 1-Click Payment feature on the Site or App. Your use of the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is also subject to our Terms of Use, which contain, among other things, applicable legal provisions and definitions of some of the words used in these 1-Click Payment Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these 1-Click Payment Terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION PROVISIONS: Your use of the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes that may arise, as provided in the Terms of Use, which also means that you waive your right to participate in any class action.
1. The 1-Click Payment feature is only available for selected items ("Items") with a specific stock keeping unit ("SKU") sold by SHEIN on the Site or App and is not available for any items sold by third-party sellers.
2. When 1-CLICK TO BUY is available for a certain item on the Site or App, it allows you to seamlessly add the item to your Original Order (as defined below) and purchase it using the same payment method used in the purchase of the Original Order.
3. An Original Order (the "Original Order") is the most recent order that you have placed with us and for which you have completed payment, but which has not yet been processed or shipped.
4. By clicking "1-Click Payment", you authorize us to automatically add the Item to the Original Order and charge the price of the Item plus applicable taxes to the same payment method that you used to pay for the Original Order.
5. The only payment methods supported in the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature are credit card, debit card and PayPal.
6. You may use the 1-Click Payment feature to add Items to the Original Order and pay for such Items, only one SKU at a time, and each SKU may be purchased in multiple units at a time. If you need to purchase items with a different SKU, you will need to complete the "1-Click Payment" purchase process separately for each item with a different SKU. There is a limit of five (5) different SKUs per Original Order that can be purchased using the 1-Click Payment feature.
7. Any items added to the Original Order using the 1-Click Payment feature can only be shipped to the same delivery address indicated in the Original Order. If the delivery address needs to be modified, it must be modified in the Original Order.
8. If you cancel the Original Order, all Items that were added to the Original Order using the 1-Click Payment feature will also be cancelled.
9. If the Original Order did not reach the dollar amount threshold to qualify for free shipping and you were charged a shipping fee on the Original Order, you will not receive a refund for the shipping fee, even if the total of the Item(s) you added to the Original Order using the 1-Click Payment feature would cause the Original Order to reach the free shipping threshold.
10. You may not use any coupons to apply to the payment of any Items you add to the Original Order using the 1-Click Payment feature.
