Q1: What types of points can be used across all websites?
A1: These include, among others, points rewarded for placing an order, review rewards, sign-up rewards, giveaways and all other games, rewards for completing a survey, and points granted by SHEIN customer service, etc.
Q2: How can I check my points balance on other websites?
A2: You can visit the points page on different websites and view your remaining points balance. Points available on one website can be used even if they come from different types of actions.
Q3: If I place an order on website A and confirm it on website B, how are the rewards for placing the order and reviews calculated?
A3: Regardless of the website where you confirm the order or post the review, the rewards for placing the order and for reviews are calculated based on the website where you placed the order.

Shopping on our site earns you 1 point for every dollar.
To validate your points, confirm delivery of your order as soon as you receive it.
Log in to your SHEIN account

Select the received order "Confirm Delivery"
Review our products
You can earn points by posting reviews and opinions about the items purchased. When the minimum character count is reached in the product review, you will receive 5 points.

How can I check my points balance?
On the SHEIN website, you can earn points through: registration, giveaways, and games.
Scan the QR code to open the APP, or search for SHEIN on the Google Play store to follow the latest campaigns. You can earn more points.
Daily Check In
1. The more consecutive daily check-ins you make, the more points you can earn.
2. The maximum points you can earn from consecutive daily check-ins will be on day 7. On the eighth day, the points cycle starts over from the beginning. If you miss a day of check-in, the 7-day cycle starts again.

About earning SHEIN points
Points are independent on each SHEIN website. The points balance is shown in the Points Section. That is the points balance available on the current website you are on.
100 points = $1. You can use points to pay up to 70% of the total amount of your purchase (only the price of the products is included, not shipping, taxes, or insurance). Points will be used based on their expiration date. For more information about points and their use, click here.
You can also use your points to obtain coupons during special events or to get more chances to play our mini-games, etc. To see the specific usage rules, please read the terms and conditions of each event.
About viewing SHEIN points
To check your "Bonus Points" balance, log in to your account and click "My Account". You can only view the points balance for the current website from the current website.
About the validity period of SHEIN points
Depending on their category, SHEIN POINTS have different expiration dates. Expiration dates range from 7 days to 3 months, some even longer. If your points expire before being used, they will be removed from your account.
About the daily limit of SHEIN points
For each user, there is a maximum amount of points they can receive daily. When users reach the maximum amount of points they can receive in one day, they can still participate in events and games, but cannot receive more points. Click here to learn more about the limit settings.
1. Each user can receive a maximum of 8000 SHEIN points per day;
2. Each user can receive a maximum of 2000 SHEIN points daily from reviews;
3. Each user can receive a maximum of 100 SHEIN points daily from registration;
4. Each user can receive a maximum of 500 SHEIN points daily from events;
5. Each user can receive a maximum of 200 SHEIN points daily from surveys;
About refunding SHEIN points
1. If an order that has not yet been paid is canceled, the applied points will be immediately returned to your account.
2. If you request a return, the points used will be returned to your account when the refund is processed. If there is a partial return, the points may be returned in proportion to the amount of the returned products.
3. If the canceled order or refund is processed outside the validity period of the points, they will not be returned. You can view the points balance with details in your account.
4. If the return occurs after confirming receipt, the points from the original order will be returned to your points account. The points received for placing an order will be deducted, starting with the points that are about to expire first. A negative Points balance does not create or impose any additional obligation on you, other than to offset future Points earned until the Points balance reaches zero.

If we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that any Points were obtained through fraudulent or improper activity, we will have the right to deduct such Points from your balance.
