1. By submitting your information and clicking "APPLY NOW", you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) the information you provide to us is true and accurate; (c) any design or photograph you upload has been created exclusively by you and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. The information you submit will be used by us to determine, at our sole discretion, whether to consider exploring a potential licensing agreement with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot in the SHEIN X Program. It is only the first step in the process. If we do not contact you, it is because we have determined, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers we can accept each season, that you would not be a good fit for the Program this season.
3. If you are not selected for the SHEIN X Program, the designs or photographs you have submitted will be deleted from our files.
