The first designer we want to introduce is someone beautiful both inside and out. Like all of our designers, she has been with SHEIN since its beginnings 10 years ago. When we were taking our first steps as a brand, before gaining popularity, we made sure our designers received extensive training and invited experienced designers to help us build what today is our brand. Now, a decade later, we have consolidated a great team of professional designers. Each of our designers has their own style and their own way of seeing fashion; some are more focused on more elegant creations, others on sportswear, others on the latest trends, but all with different styles. Our designers know that you as a customer are looking for more than just beautiful clothes. They know you're looking for a lifestyle.

Over the years, when selecting the manufacturers we work with, we conduct numerous tests and enforce many requirements before finally deciding who to partner with. In addition to style and design, we take fabric quality very much into account. Beyond style and design, we place great value on fabric quality. We want our customers to feel comfortable, as if our clothes were their second skin. At the same time, we don't want to increase costs or production, and therefore the price for our customers. After comparing many manufacturers, and after much trial and error, we have found a good balance between quality and cost and have established stable operations with our current producers.
