Review: I took a chance buying this watch because of Shein's customer satisfaction guarantees, and because of the feedback that the store had. I was completely shocked at the condition of the watch when it arrived. After removing the plastic around the case, I could see that there was damage to the bezel insert, to the bezel itself, scratches on the case back, and dings on the back of two of the lugs. There was also dirt or grease within the notches on the case back, as well as on the crown. Thankfully, I reached out to customer service and they immediately opened a return request for me. I don't recommend that anyone else purchase a watch from this store.
