1. ABOUT SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("our," "us," "our loyalty program" or "Program")! SHEIN VIP is a rewards plan for our followers, giving them access to events and pop-ups, exclusive promotions, and the latest fashion news. Once you join our loyalty program, you can level up by continuing to make purchases. By becoming a member, you are considered to accept and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 APPLICABILITY
The Program is available online at SHEIN.com for various countries. Each Account can enroll in the Program only once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Each purchase will count toward your member tier (including purchases across different SHEIN websites), but tier upgrades or downgrades are based on the rules of your registered website.
1.3 VALIDITY
At least one purchase is required to become a member. Purchases that will be considered are those of products and gift cards, paid through the SHEIN wallet or another payment method available on the SHEIN website, excluding the amount of refunds/rejections/cancellations of your orders and payments made with gift cards.
Due to currency exchange variation, the order amount may vary slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 MEMBERSHIP
There is no cost to be part of SHEIN VIP. You can only belong to SHEIN VIP individually, and it is limited to one account per person.
It is your ID that confirms you are of legal age to join our program, and it is your membership responsibility to keep your email and contact details up to date in your Account.
SHEIN reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the removal of the Account from the Program without prior notice. When a Membership is cancelled, all pending coupons and rewards associated with the Membership are lost.
2. ABOUT THE TIERS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
SHEIN VIP has four statuses: Tier S1, Tier S2, Tier S3 (only for members with purchases), and Tier S0 (only available for registered members).
2.2 CHANGES
Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date you level up in SHEIN VIP (excluding tier S1); afterwards, a monthly validation is required. Data updates are made within 24 hours. Please check your tier after 24 hours have passed.
Once you reach tier S1, you will gain long-lasting status. Please note that each tier is based on the number of purchases you make, following the program's criteria, during the last 12 months, 45 days before the update date of each month.

3. REWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Being part of this Program allows you to enjoy numerous offers ("Offers") in addition to the rewards. The details of these Offers will be sent in a timely manner in the Program Section.

3.2 OTHER
The details and terms of each Offer, published in the Program section, are valid for the period during which your effective tier is valid, unless specified in the Program section.
Please note that SHEIN VIP rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or applied to previous purchases.
Coupons are only applicable on the website where you are registered.
4. MORE DETAILS
4.1 APPROVAL
Once you are part of the loyalty program, you are considered to have read and accepted the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, membership eligibility of SHEIN VIP, or any other feature of SHEIN VIP, and/or may terminate the SHEIN VIP program at any time at its sole discretion, by reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. You can check the latest version of this regulation on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules have changed, you will be considered to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you must voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed upon in the rules. Please check the website regularly to stay informed of updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account on the website or by contacting SHEIN Customer Service. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to stay informed of any changes.
Please note that cancelling your membership means you will only be able to shop on shein.com as a guest, and all pending Points and Rewards remaining in that account will be lost.
4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the terms of the program, including Rewards and Tiers, or suspend or terminate the program if this program cannot be run as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in loss of purchases and cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, breach of any program provision, any misrepresentation, or any action that harms SHEIN's interests, fraud, or attempted fraud, may result in the revocation of the member and will affect the member's eligibility for subsequent participation in the Program.
4.4 COMMUNICATIONS
In case of modification, suspension, or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify by mail, email, and other channels, about marketing with your permission, and will display all changes on this page. If you unsubscribe, you will not receive our message on time and will not receive any compensation in case of modification or suspension of the SHEIN Program. Please note that SHEIN may continue to send you emails related to changes or information about your account and your SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the SHEIN VIP membership standard at any time, which may involve changes to tier status and rewards. Ultimately, SHEIN has the final power of interpretation.
