1. What is My Wallet?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your SHEIN user account where you can store and access your (1) wallet credit and your (2) promotional wallet credit.
Wallet credit may be provided to you when you return items you have purchased on the site or app in accordance with our Return Policy and choose wallet credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Wallet credit can be withdrawn.
Promotional wallet credit may be provided to you if you participate in promotional activities on the site or app, such as in-app games and the check-in program, among others, and earn promotional wallet credit in accordance with the terms and conditions of such promotional activities. Promotional wallet credit has an expiration date. Use it before the expiration date. When the credit expires, it cannot be recovered. Withdrawal of promotional wallet credit is not supported.
2. Where can I check my Wallet balance?
You can check your Wallet balance by logging into your account on the SHEIN app or the SHEIN website. Go to 'Me' > '
Wallet ' on the SHEIN app, or 'My Assets' >
'My Wallet ' on SHEIN.com.
3. How can I use My Wallet?
You can view your wallet credit balance at checkout and apply it to your purchase. You can apply your SHEIN wallet balance to a SHEIN purchase only under the Terms, excluding the purchase of SHEIN CLUB or SHEIN Saver memberships.
Please note that if the currency selected to pay for your order differs from that of your wallet credit, your wallet credit balance will not appear on the checkout page, but you can check it after the purchase.
Wallet credit and promotional wallet credit cannot be used to purchase marketplace products, which are marked with an icon on the product listing page.
4. Can I still pay with my wallet if I have already applied bonus points and/or a coupon code?
Yes. You can use your wallet credit or promotional wallet credit, as well as a coupon and bonus points in combination.
5. How do I withdraw money from my wallet credit?
Just click the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT button, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and click SUBMIT to validate. The funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
Please note that promotional wallet credit cannot be withdrawn.
6. How long does it take for the withdrawn wallet credit money to appear in my account?
Normally, funds take 1 to 5 business days to appear in your PayPal account, or 7 to 14 business days to be credited to your credit card.
Please note that the funds will be returned to the original account used to make the payment, whether a PayPal account or a credit card.
7. Can I withdraw the wallet credit to another card?
Wallet credit cannot be withdrawn to another card. Funds will return to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
8. Can I transfer my wallet balance to another SHEIN account?
It is not possible to transfer wallet credit or promotional wallet credit from one SHEIN account to another.
If you wish to withdraw your wallet credit, you can use the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT function. The funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made. Please note that promotional wallet credit cannot be withdrawn.
9. Why can't I withdraw my wallet credit?
Make sure the amount indicated for withdrawal does not exceed your wallet credit balance.
10. I have never used my wallet credit, why is it empty?
If you used wallet credit when placing an order that has not yet been paid, the applied credit will remain linked to the pending order.
To restore your wallet credit balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button under My Orders, and the wallet credit will be refunded to your wallet.
