HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Log in to your SHEIN user account in the SHEIN app.
2. Access the program by going to Me > More Services > Gals > Edit > Show.
3. You must log in to your SHEIN user account in the SHEIN app and enter the "SHOW" section to publish your outfit photos and content (the "Show"). You can publish your SHOW once you have a publishing quota (see definition below). You can earn a publishing quota (i) by placing an order. You will receive 10 SHOW publishing quotas (the "Publishing Quotas") for each order placed. If your order is cancelled, the corresponding Publishing Quotas will be invalidated. (ii) Welcome offer. Each participant will receive 10 publishing quotas as an initial welcome offer.
*The order here refers to the purchase of items sold on the SHEIN platform, excluding gift cards, defective products, product resale, or paid membership.
4. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN app or created a SHEIN user account, you can download the SHEIN app on a mobile device for free and create a free SHEIN user account. See details for creating a free SHEIN user account at

PROGRAM REWARDS:
1. The reward(s) for participating in the Program will be SHEIN Points (the "Reward(s)"). You will earn 5 SHEIN Points for each Show you publish. You can publish 2 Shows per day to receive a maximum of 10 SHEIN Points.
2. If your SHOW is selected as featured (the "Featured"), you will receive an additional reward of 50 SHEIN Points, and your SHOW may be publicly displayed on the Gals homepage feed.
3. The SHEIN Points awarded will be credited to your SHEIN user account within 24 hours after publication. You can view your SHEIN Points and their expiration date in the "My Points" section of your SHEIN user account. The SHEIN Points awarded will be subject to conditions and the SHEIN Points Policy.
4. Unless otherwise indicated, the Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Rewards are void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor may delay a Reward for investigation purposes and may refuse to verify and process any transaction that the Sponsor deems, at its sole discretion, fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these official rules. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
5. Users must properly keep all Rewards after they are distributed. The Player must protect their SHEIN user account and password so that others do not use the Rewards. The sponsor will not be liable for any loss or misappropriation.
PARTICIPATION. By participating in the SHOW Program, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Show Program. No responsibility is assumed for (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or (ii) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or failure of the Sponsor to receive participation information due to technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Show Program. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Show Program it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate the Show Program if the Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that the malfunction, error, interruption, or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Show Program.
Publicity/USE Rights: By participating in the Show Program, you further acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) have the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, transmit, republish, and otherwise use your Comment or your Post, in whole or in part, in any manner, in any medium, whether now existing or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to online publication. Participation in the Program and/or receipt or use of any reward further constitutes the participant's consent to the use of their Photo, name, image, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any medium, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notice, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Show Program, you release the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Show Program from any and against any and all damages, losses, or injuries caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Show Program and/or the acceptance, granting, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the Reward, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the granting of any reward except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. Furthermore, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Show Program, or any reward awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participation in the Show Program, but in no case attorneys' fees; (c) under no circumstances shall any participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, except damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
