1.1.Your participation in this Purchase to Earn Wallet Credits Back Reward Program (“Program”) is subject to these rules and to our T&Cs on SHEIN App and/or https://www.shein.com.co/Terms-and-Conditions-a-399.html

1.2.The program begins on 14th April 2026 at 00:00:01 A.M. COT, and ends on 31st December, 2026 at 23:59:59 P.M. COT (“Program Period”). This promotional program is not permanent and only applies to the territory of Columbia.

1.3.A user is allowed to take participate this Program when you meet the eligibility and your SHEIN Account can only be used on one device.

1.4.There must be at least a total of COP$1 worth of products from the List of Products added to the shopping cart and check-out to be able to participate in the Program, as described below.

2.1.After logging onto your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App, you may click on the Program banner and you will be directed to the Program.

2.2.Within the Program, you may see an interactive “Spinning Wheel” interface (the “Board”). The Board is a promotional display interface only. The number, arrangement, labels and appearance of the segments or result areas on the Board may vary. The Board does not represent the odds of receiving any particular reward or outcome. Any reward, benefit or page shown following a spin will be determined in accordance with these Terms and the instructions displayed on the Program page at the time of participation.

2.3.The Board is for illustration purpose only, no possibilities involve. Each eligible participant may have up to two (2) opportunities to interact with the Board, free of charge, subject to these Terms. Each opportunity will operate as follows: (i) First interaction: you will receive promotional wallet credits instantly, in the amount displayed to you at the relevant time (the “Free Credits”); (ii) Second interaction: you will be directed to the “Purchase To Earn Credits Back Reward Program” page, which displays the products then eligible for participation in the Program (the “List of Products”). In addition, if you have already placed a Program Order and are completing the relevant Tasks, you may, subject to the rules displayed at the relevant time, be eligible to interact with the Board once per day to receive Free Credits.

2.4.You will need to select at least a total of COP$400 worth of products (exclusive of taxes) from the List of Products and add them to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout (“Program Order”). Upon successfully placing and paying for your Program Order, you qualify for a total of COP$800,000 Promotional Wallet Credits (“Credits Reward”). You need to complete the tasks (“Tasks”) to receive the Credits Reward.

2.5.Completing Tasks to Earn the Credit Rewards:

a.To receive the Credit Rewards, you must (i) daily check in for 7 times inner the Program Check-in Page and (ii) subsequently place 7 orders in accordance with the requirements which are shown and available on the Program page.

b.The Tasks should be completed within 9 days after your Program Order.

c.For each Task you complete, a portion of the Credit Rewards will be unlocked and manually claimed. The portions is shown and accessible on the Program Page.

2.6.Credits Usage and Validity.

a.Free Credits will be issued immediately once you spinning the result and valid for 7 days.

b.Credit Rewards are issued within 24 hours after each successful Task completion and manually claiming on the Program Page.

c.Each set of Credit Rewards will remain valid for 7 days after issuance.

d.Expiration dates can be viewed under “My Wallet” in your SHEIN User Account.

e.Either the Free Credits or the Credit Rewards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and can only be used to purchase items on the SHEIN CO website and/or App.

3.1.If you return any product(s) from your Program Order before completing all Tasks, you will lose eligibility for the Program and forfeit any remaining Credit Rewards.

3.2.If you return a product after using the Credit Rewards:

a.SHEIN reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value of the used Credit Rewards from your refund amount.

b.For example: If COP$10 Credits were used, your refund will be reduced by COP$10.

3.3. Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Rules affects your statutory rights.

3.4.Please visit our Return Policy (on SHEIN App or https://www.shein.com.co/Return-Policy-a-281.html ) and Refund Policy (on SHEIN App or https://www.shein.com.co/refund-a-1614.html) to check the return and refund conditions before participating in the Program.

3.5. If you have any query regarding the refund of items purchased through this Program, please contact our Customer Service (on SHEIN App or https://www.shein.com.co/robot).

4.1.The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Program and/or using SHEIN’s Services if:

a.you violate of any of these Rules and/or any of the agreements related to SHEIN’s Services, including but not limited to using any software or any other conduct designed to obtain improper benefit under the Program.

b.you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.

c.you have engaged in cheating behavior (including but not limited to attacking the system, obtaining improper benefits, illegally using modified software, clone, jailbreak, root, etc.).

By entering the Program, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements

No responsibility is assumed by the SHEIN for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by SHEIN on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Program.

SHEIN reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Program if SHEIN believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program. In such cases, if the Program is terminated before the designated end date of the Program Period, SHEIN will (if possible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem

6.1.By participating in the Program, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Program and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Credit Rewards and/or the Free Credits (collectively, the “Rewards”), and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Program and/or the awarding of any Rewards except as expressly provided in these Official Rules.

6.2.You further agree that:

(a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, or any Rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action;

(b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Program, but in no event attorney’s fees;

(c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses

6.3.Where legally permitted, all taxes applicable to any benefits provided by SHEIN under this Program will be your responsibility and SHEIN shall not pay any amounts for any tax obligations if SHEIN is required to withhold any tax obligations and file with the relevant tax authority, then you will be required to complete and submit a the appropriate tax form to SHEIN. Void when prohibited.

6.4.These Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the Federal laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this Clause shall affect the statutory rights you as a consumer have, as recognized in any applicable legislation in this area.

6.5.The Program, and your participation in the Program, are subject to SHEIN’s Privacy Policy (on SHEIN App or website https://www.shein.com.co/Privacy-Security-Policy-a-282.html)

6.6.Reference to “SHEIN” and Sponsor shall be understood as the platform operator, according to the Terms and Conditions, Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd.
