Review: Great addition to my workout equipment!!!! A little hard and inconvenient to use for first timers (i almost tripped on the treadmill i do not even know if you’re supposed to use it on the treadmill but that’s why i bought this initially hahahaha) now i incorporate this to my other workout routines as well. A little uncomfortable on the ankles if you do not wear socks so make sure you do. It’s also quite big on my ankles too so it tends to slide down so i just make sure to do some extra strapping. Still does the job so i am still glad i got these hehe 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
