Review: The automatic sensor is functional and works quite well, but it’s not fully accurate to what was advertised. I’d say this automatic bin is very basic with minimal features. The video of the bin showed labelled buttons on the lid but mine was just blank. The “knee kick” opening option didn’t work too, not sure if my product was faulty or it just doesn’t work entirely. The hand wave opens the bin automatically and has a fast response though. Also, this bin claims you can manually keep the lid open if you hold the button for a short while. this didn’t work for me at all. I tried to press the button down harder to see if that would work, but it didn’t and just dented the buttons from my fingernails. I’ll most likely look for another bin that’s better quality, but I’m still keeping this one for my spare bathroom. Photo attached of fingernail dents from trying to push the buttons
