Review: Very nice. I have been wearing it even just at home as it is nice to fidget with. I have ADHD and think maybe other people with ADHD would also like this. It is a tad bulky but comfortable enough. Wheel rotates a bit at a time, rather than spinning the whole way around in one push. I think that is probably best and if it spun too much/was too loose it would be annoying to wear.
