Review: Once again this dress would suit a 12 month old not upto a 2 year old. the shoulder straps are just 2 pieces of ribbon to tie. So not strong at all. Would not stay done up at all. I bought these dresses for my granddaughter in a bigger size, just as well I did otherwise they would of all been sent back.
