Review: This is great!! Fun engaging exercise, great for solo workouts or fun competing with my teen kids for highest number pf hits. It is responsive, you can hit it softly for a lighter workout or smash it. The instructions are limited, so you have to figure out how to change the programs and speed, and the sounds are a bit annoying. But its easy to connect to your phone and sound quality for playing music is pretty good. Velcro is strong it stays in place. BUY GLOVES though, the gloves included are too thin, they will hurt your hands if you punch hard. Overall, Im not sure how durable it will prove to be but while it works Im super happy with it and love using it in my workouts and family fun.
