Review: The product photos for this watch are highly misleading. The size looks completely different in person than it does on the website model. As a first-time watch buyer, I relied on their images, but the item is unusable. To make it worse, customer service refuses to accept a return just because of their rigid category rules. Shein would rather lose a customer permanently than fix their own misleading advertisement. I will never buy from this site again.
