It’s better to buy it according to your upper body size not your weight and the correspond size chart! that’s why i need to change it, cause I’m wearing size M but according to size chart and weight, i got size L that is big on me! Review: I sit at desk all day, have poor posture hurting my shoulder/ back. Support is easy to use and it helps straighten my posture = less shoulder / back pain I can’t wear for long due to poor posture, will increase my timing each time.
