Review: love love love love these. I use them every morning after my skin care to help reduce the puffiness in my eyes. I also use them before i apply my makeup for a “extra boost” of brightness. They stay cool even without refrigeration, and at room temp. Easy to apply and they stay where they’re put. I have very dark under eyes so bought these to combat that and although they don’t remove the darkness completely, they definitely tone it down.
