Review: Cotton!! Its 100% cotton!! Just perfect for our hot humid weather in the Philippines! Please do not discontinue this dress, I plan to buy bigger sizes!! By the way my daughter is 3 years old this month and a little thin, size up if you have a chubby and tall toddler. I should have pick size 5 because I want it longer.
