Review: Some items are good quality, but many are average or below average. My main issue is pricing transparency on higher-priced items: the product page often shows one price, then after adding the same item to the cart the price increases a lot because of unclear “estimated” discounts/coupons that change automatically. I’ve seen differences of £20–£30 on a single item (e.g., a dress showing £46.55 on the product page but £63.70 in the cart). It makes the advertised discount feel misleading. Always double-check the final cart price before paying.
